Modernizing Medicine introduces EMA, the first native iPad application designed specifically for medical surgical specialties. With EMA, patients can record each relevant part of their visit in real-time from the comfort of the waiting room. Medical assistants, physician extenders, or physicians themselves can also use the application to document the visit in the exam room. At the end of each patient visit, the data is automatically transmitted back to the server, streamlining documentation and saving valuable time for doctors.
